The joint Governance Steering Group have revised and updated their report following the March consultation meetings.
The original report was produced at the end of February.
Following a consultation period during March including three consultation meetings – two in England and one in Scotland – they have updated the recommendations based on feedback received.
Updated recommendations are included in bold where appropriate at the end of the relevant section. The rest of the report is unchanged from the original.
