Sheffield Steelers will travel to Denmark as the UK representative in this season’s IIHF Continental Cup.
The Steelers will be joined by hosts Aalborg, as well HK Gomel from Belarus and a qualifier from the previous round for the four-team Group F from 19th to 21st November 2021.
Sheffield last played in the tournament in 2017-18 which saw them secure a bronze medal after reaching the final group stage in Belarus.
There was no tournament last season because of the pandemic but in 2019-20, Nottingham Panthers brought home the silver medal.
Panthers are the only UK winners of the Continental Cup when they triumphed in Ritten in 2017.
