The schedule has been confirmed for April’s IIHF Under-18 World Championship in Tallinn.

The Division II Group A tournament will take place at the Tondiraba Ice Hall, with Great Britain Under-18s facing Korea, Lithuania, Romania, Serbia and hosts Estonia.

The six-team group will run from Sunday 3rd to Saturday 9th April at the 7,700-seater venue, which was opened in 2014.

GB start their campaign on 3rd April against Estonia and after a rest day, they face Romania on 5th April.

Korea are GB’s opponents on 6th April and after the second rest day, Sean Easton’s side will complete the tournament with games against Serbia on 8th April and Lithuania the following day.

GB named their 22-player roster earlier this month, with five of the team having experience from the recent U20 tournament in Brasov.

It will be GB Under-18s’ first international action since the 2019 tournament in Hungary with the 2020 and 2021 editions – also scheduled for Tallinn – cancelled because of the coronavirus pandemic.
