Great Britain have made a roster change for the Women’s Four Nations which gets under way on Tuesday, with Amy Robery replacing Ellie Wakeling who has had to withdraw because of injury.

GB will face Italy on Tuesday, hosts Poland on Wednesday, followed by Denmark on Thursday.

The four-team round-robin tournament is being held at the Jantor Ice Rink in Katowice.

Head Coach, Mike Clancy, said: “This is really sad news for Ellie and we are so disappointed not to have her with us.

“We wish her well in her recovery from injury and hope she is back with us soon.

“But we are excited to be able to call Amy into the side for the tournament next week.

“Amy is another of our great young talented players and this tournament will be superb experience for her.”
