Great Britain have made a roster change for the Men’s Under-18s World Championship Division II Group A which takes place in Sosnowiec later this month.

Hull Seahawks forward Rhys Edwards replaces Gregor Mills in the squad who has taken-up a career opportunity that means he will be missing for the duration of the tournament.

Head Coach, Sean Easton, said: “It’s disappointing to lose Gregor but we understand and respect his decision.

“This has opened the door for Rhys and we’re excited to add him to the roster.

“Rhys is a quality player and was unlucky to miss-out in the first place and we have no doubts he will fit into the team for the World Championship.”

GB are joined in the six-team tournament by hosts Poland as well as Croatia, Netherlands, Romania and Serbia.

Matches will take place at the Winter Stadium with the competition running from 17th to 23rd April.
