Great Britain Women’s captain Saffron Allen and former GB Men’s forward Russ Cowley will be featuring on Sky TV later this summer in their series Ballsy Women.
The duo joined presenter Tyne-Lexy Clarson who picked up some skills herself during the session.
Saffron spoke about her memorable achievement of carrying the 2012 London Olympic torch through the town of Kidderminster and her hopes of making the 2022 Beijing Winter Olympics with GB.
GB Women will travel to Korea next year to begin their bid to qualify for the 2022 Olympics.
Ballsy Women will be on Sky 192, debuting on 23rd August.
