There is currently no competitive ice hockey in the UK because of the coronavirus pandemic and the Elite League – the country’s top flight – have suspended their season indefinitely.
However, a number of Great Britain players have made moves abroad and more are set to follow in the coming weeks.
Hockey across Europe has been badly hit by covid-19 and the various government guidelines mean there is a wide variety of situations for the 2020-21 season.
