U16 tournament to be shown on Premier Sports 

Highlights of the Ice Hockey UK-run Under-16 international tournament in Dumfries later this month will be shown on Premier Sports, with games also being shown live on a webcast.

Great Britain Under-16s will host Belgium U16s, Netherlands U16s and Spain U16s in the four-team tournament.

The international event takes place from Wednesday 28th to Friday 30th December at Dumfries Ice Bowl in Scotland.

All six games will be broadcast live via a webcast, while the highlights of the tournament will be shown on Premier Sports in January.

IHUK chairman, Richard Grieveson, said: “It is exciting news that this tournament will be show live via a webcast and the highlights will be on Premier Sports.

“At a time when we are putting more and more resources into our under-16 programme, it is great they will be showcased on television.

“It is fantastic that this tournament will get national and international recognition with the webcast and highlights on Premier Sports.”
