SIH BEGIN PROCESS TO ESTABLISH SEPARATE ASSOCIATION

Following Saturday’s EIHA member vote – where the resolution for one new governing body did not pass – Scottish Ice Hockey have started the process to separate from Ice Hockey UK and establish itself as a separate association.

With unification off the table for the foreseeable future, chairman David Hand has confirmed the wheels are in motion for SIH to become a separate entity.

“We have already engaged in dialogue with our members who have made it clear about the route they now wish to take,” said Hand.
