Ice hockey fan Leah Halpin is fundraising for NHS staff and volunteers by launching a Wear a Hockey Jersey Day.
Her special event will take place on Monday 20th April.
Leah said: “It goes without saying what an amazing job the NHS are doing at the moment.
“I am hoping as many people would join me as possible and donate £5, or donate as little or as much as you would like.
“It would be great if people could show off their pictures of them at work in their hockey jerseys – you can even make your own TikTok’s!
“Together, let’s show our respect and gratitude as the NHS staff work tirelessly in the face of the virus.
“It’s our turn to make sure we look after them, to ensure they can keep doing their vital work.”
