GB WOMEN COACHES REFLECT ON FIRST YEAR

The GB Women coaching staff look back on their first year in charge of the programme.

Cheryl Smith and Michelle Smith took over ahead of the 2015 World Championship in Dumfries and led the squad to a silver medal.

James Ashton has recently been added to the coaching staff and the trio took GB U18 Women within a whisker of a bronze medal at the Under-18 World Championship Qualification tournament in Austria.

The trio have a wide-ranging round-table discussion, which was recorded after the GB v Netherlands challenge matches in February at Ice Sheffield.
