Great Britain Under-18 Women had a good day’s preparation ahead of their final game in the 2017 IIHF U18 Women’s World Championship (Division 1B) in Katowice.
GB play Kazakhstan Under-18 Women (12noon UK time) tomorrow (Saturday) as they look to build on Thursday’s 2-1 overtime victory over China U18 Women.
Ice Hockey UK general secretary, Andy French, said: “The girls have had a good day today.
“They had an excellent training session this morning, followed by a relaxing afternoon and evening.
“They are very focused for the final game and are keen to end the tournament on a high.”
An overtime/penalty-shot victory or better could see GB finish fourth in the standings.
