Great Britain Under-16s completed their Riga Hockey Cup campaign with a 3-1 victory over Hockey Talents to ensure an 11th-placed finish in the tournament.

GB took the lead when Brodie Kay broke down the left wing and although his shot was saved, Kyle Carruth was on hand to pop home the rebound on the doorstep for his third goal of the tournament.

A great play by Connor Lee saw the puck fall to Joe Lynch who gave GB a two-goal first-period lead.

Marko Rzounek closed the gap on the powerplay in session two with Hockey Talents skating six-on-four after lifting their netminder for the extra skater.

Hockey Talents lifted the netminder again for the closing stages and Owen Bruton scored into an empty net to wrap the game up.
