Team GB Inline Hockey are trying to raise £4,000 for their trip to Bratislava, Slovakia to compete at this year’s IIHF World Inline Hockey Championship in June. Head coach Mark Barrow explains more…

So, believe it or not Team Great Britain Inline Hockey is completely self-funded by the players that have the honour of being selected to play for their country.

We are looking for funding to help our 20-man team, which includes players, coaching staff, equipment manager and physio to travel to Bratislava, Slovakia on 22nd June for this year’s biannual World Inline Hockey Championship.

Our aim is to better our bronze medal of 2015 but we need your help. Any donations we receive will go towards flights, hotel, game jerseys, off-rink apparel and any equipment we may need.

If there are any people or companies out there that would like to sponsor us and have your name or logo put on our jerseys, off-rink apparel and digitally put on our promo videos and social media, please get in touch.

Our last two games achieved over 10,000 views and our first promo video, released on 16th March, has had nearly 20,000 views and counting.

We are looking to film more promos of our training camps to raise awareness and promote the team and proposed sponsors.

Any money donated would be gratefully received and appreciated more than you know. These lads want to play for their country and bring back another medal.

Please help us achieve our goals and in return we promise to give every effort humanly possible to make that happen and to make our country proud.

Once again, any donation, however small, will be gratefully received.

Thank you

Coach
