Great Britain Under-18 Women have made a change to their team ahead of the World Championship in Turkey, which begins next week.

Forward Isabelle Egginton replaces Inez Brannan who has had to withdraw from the squad.

The nine-team Division II tournament takes place on the dual ice pad at the Zeytinburnu Ice Rink in Istanbul from 27th June to 5th July.

Head Coach, Angela Taylor, said: “Isi is coming off of a breakthrough season playing with the Queen Bees.

“She has great vision on the ice, makes smart plays and will be a strong call-up to the roster.

“We are sad that Inez isn’t able to travel with us, especially so last minute.”

The nine competing teams are GB, Australia, Iceland, Kazakhstan, Latvia, Mexico, Netherlands, Spain and hosts Turkey.
