Following the cancellation of the 2020 IIHF Ice Hockey World Championship in Zurich and Lausanne, the Swiss Ice Hockey Federation has decided not to apply to the International Ice Hockey Federation to move the event to 2021.
Consequently, the IIHF Ice Hockey World Championship will not take place in Switzerland in 2021 either and ticket holders will receive a refund.
The 2021 World Championship will take place in Belarus and Latvia, and Great Britain’s group will be confirmed in the near future.
Refunds
All fans who bought tickets at the Organizing Committee or via the official ticket seller Ticketcorner will receive a refund.
Ticket purchasers will be informed by email next week (4th to 8th May 2020) about the further procedure regarding the refund process.
Hospitality customers will be contacted directly by the Organizing Committee.
