When players take to the ice in the elite pool at the IIHF World Championship, not many of them have a day job away from the rink.
But, for Great Britain defenceman Dallas Ehrhardt, the past two years have brought a combination of patrolling the blueline with Manchester Storm of the Elite League and working as a recruitment consultant.
