GB U18S LOSE BY A GOAL
Great Britain Under-18s Women put up a brave fight but lost 2-1 to top-seeds Japan in the World Championship (Division 1) in Norway.
Japan are the top seeds in the group and GB produced a fantastic performance and were level up until the final five minutes of the game.
GB took the lead at 20:19 through Saffron Allen (Sheffield Shadows) and Japan levelled thanks to Rina Saeki (25:12).
Japan's game-winning goal came at 55:45 through Ayuko Aoki.
